As per the IMPACT meeting held by Lions International in District 14-U on 4/30/02, committee members serving on any of the "MERLOW" committees (Membership, Extension, Retention, Leadership Development, New Member Orientation and Women Membership) are automatically members of all five of the component committees.

The committees are individually chaired, but are all under the charge of the VDG who will serve as Executive Chairman.
