Point Values

July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007

All Lions and Lioness Clubs are automatically entered into the contest. Information will be used from attendance sheets and the Activities Reports.

Awards will be presented to all Lions and Lioness Clubs that attain 150 points. The points must include all items in categories 3 & 4, and the club must achieve a net +1 membership (or better) for the year.

CLUBS Sponsorship of a new Lions Club 100 points
Sponsorship of a new Lioness or Leo Club 100 points
Sponsorship of a Branch Club 100 points
Lioness Club converting to a Lions Club 100 points
MEMBERSHIP Each new member 10 points
Each Lion transferred from another District 5 points
Each Lion transferred from another 14-R Club 2 points
Each reinstated member 3 points
Clubs with year-end "net gain" of 1 member 10 points
Clubs with year-end "net gain" of 2 members 20 points
Clubs with year-end "net gain" of 3 or more members (for each additional member) 20 points
ADMINISTRATION For each Activities Report received by District Governor and Lions International by the 3rd day of the month due 5 points
For each Activities Report received by District Governor and Lions International by the 5th day of the month due 3 points
For each Activities Report received by District Governor and Lions International by the last day of the month due 2 points
For PU-101 Reports received by District Governor and Lions International by April 15 5 points

On-going Community Service Project (excluding fund raising for Lion/Lioness projects reported on monthly Activities Report) - for each $100.00 donated to Community Service Project 1 point

CLUB BULLETIN Each month bulletin is sent to the District Governor 1 point
DISTRICT NEWSLETTER (14-R REPORTER) Each month Club President reads or passes information from newsletter to membership at Club meeting 1 point
DISTRICT PROGRAM REQUEST Each meeting program using a Cabinet Committee or obtained through District 14-R's Speakers Bureau 1 point
PARADE PARTICIPATION Each 10% of Club membership participating in an organized parade as a member of a Lions contingent 2 points
