As per the IMPACT meeting held by Lions International in District 14-U on 4/30/02, committee members serving on any of the "MERLO" committees (Membership, Extension, Retention, Leadership Development, and New Member Orientation) are automatically members of all five component committees.

The committees are individually chaired, but are all under the charge of the VDG who will serve as Executive Chairman.
